⇲ Do you gift wrap?

We do! Let us make it super easy for you! We offer one free complimentary gift wrap with a $50 purchase! After that, small bags are $2, Medium is $3, Large is $4 and Jumbo is $5.

⇲ What are your hours?

We are open Tuesday – Friday 10am -6pm and Saturdays 10am-2pm. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Holiday Hours are subject to change.

⇲ Do you accept returns?

We accept returns for a full refund with tags and receipt up to 14
days after your purchase. After that time period, we will accept returns with tags for an in-store credit.

⇲ What is the quickest way to contact you?

⇲ Can you remove existing embroidery/monogramming?

We do not pick out previous embroidery and monogramming, but we can cover it with an applique patch and embroider on top of the applique..

⇲HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM STATIONERY ORDER TAKE?

Our Tagums custom stationary orders typically take about a week to turn around!

MONOGRAM FAQS

⇲ Do you monogram outside items?

You are welcome to bring in outside items for personalization here at Southern Stitches

⇲ Do you accept monogram returns?

All items that are personalized are final sale. We do not accept returns on personalized items.

⇲ What if I am looking for a font or design that you do not have?

You can bring us in a picture of the design or font you wish to use! If we do not have it, you can pay a small design fee for us to purchase the design or font you want to use!

⇲ How much does a monogram cost?

Our standard size monogram runs anywhere from 2-3 inches and costs $10. Pricing increases from there depending on the size.

⇲ How will I know what my monogram is going to look like?

Under each font you will be able to view a full alphabet picture so that you can see what your monogram letters will look like.

⇲ What is the turn around time on monograms?

Typical turnaround time for monogramming runs 3-5 business days. Bulk orders (over 10 items) is approximately 2 weeks. Turnaround time is subject to change during the Christmas holidays.

⇲ How are pockets embroidered?

We can monogram an item with a pocket up above the pocket to keep the pocket fully functional. If you prefer to embroider on the actual pocket keep in mind it will sew the pocket closed and it will not be functional.

⇲DO YOU HAVE FABRIC FOR APPLIQUE OR DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN?

We offer fabric choices in store for appliques, however if you have your own you wish to bring, that is okay too!

BUSINESS SERVICES FAQS

⇲ Do you have order minimums?

We do not have minimums for business logo orders.

⇲ What kind of artwork do you need?

We will need an embroidery file in either DST or PES
format for the embroidery machine to read. If you do not have one in this file format, no worries. Just send over a high resolution JPEG image of your logo to sspersonalization@gmail.com and we can have it digitized for you into the correct format! There is a one time $25 digitizing fee you will need to pay to get your file converted to the correct format.

⇲ What will my logo cost?

Logo cost will depend on the stitch count of your individual logo. Most logos run anywhere from $8 to $15. Once we have your logo digitized and we can open it in our embroidery machine and contact you with a price quote before stitching if you request.

⇲ Do you offer price breaks on bulk orders?

Embroidery orders over 20 pieces will receive a 10% bulk discount.

⇲ Do you supply the product or do we?

We can complete your business order either way! Some people have very specific shirts they like and they like to bring in items to us! Others, prefer that we order the product and embroider it! Either way, we are happy to help you meet your business needs!

⇲ HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO FINISH?

Bulk business orders typically take anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on how many pieces and how long each logo runs on the machine.
