⇲ Do you have order minimums?
We do not have minimums for business embroidery orders. For screen printing we have a 25 piece minimum.
⇲ What kind of artwork do you need?
We will need an embroidery file in either DST or PES format for the embroidery machine to read. If you do not have anything in this file format, no worries. Just send over a high resolution JPEG image of your logo to sspersonalization@gmail.com and we can have it digitized for you into the correct format! There is a one time $25 digitizing fee you will need to pay to get your file converted to the correct format.
⇲ What will my logo cost?
Logo cost will depend on the stitch count of your individual logo. Most logos run anywhere from $8 to $15. Once we have your logo digitized and we can open it in our embroidery machine and contact you with a price quote before stitching.
⇲ Do you offer price breaks on bulk orders?
Embroidery orders over 20 pieces will receive a 10% bulk discount.
⇲ Do you supply the product or do we?
We can complete your business order either way! Some people have very specific shirts they like and they like to bring in items to us! Others, prefer that we order the product and embroider it! Either way, we are happy to help you meet your business needs!
⇲ HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO FINISH?
Bulk business orders typically take anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on how many pieces and how long each logo runs on the machine.
